Who operates this site

The site operates under the name Abdullah Benayan (AHBenayan) and is run by شركة عبدالله بنيان للاستشارات الاقتصادية (Abdullah Benayan Economic Consulting Company), which collects and uses the information described in this policy; I answer questions about it on the company's behalf. The company's licence details are set out in the Terms of Use.

Information collected

The site is built on WordPress, and its shop runs on WooCommerce. Depending on what you do on the site, the following may be collected:

• What you send through the contact form: your name, email address, enquiry type, the message itself, and your company name if you enter one. The form does not store your IP address, browser, device or location.
• Order details when you buy: your name, email address, billing details, what you purchased, and a record of your downloads, including the time of each download and the IP address used.
• Account details, if you create an account in the shop.
• Technical data the server normally records, such as IP address and browser type, for operation and security.

Why it is used

This information is used to answer your enquiries, fulfil orders and deliver the digital files, provide support, run and protect the site, and improve what is published on it.

Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal. Payment details go directly to PayPal and are governed by its policy; card details are not stored on this site.

Third-party services

The site does not currently use tools that track visitors for analytics or advertising. The shop is connected to a product catalogue at Meta, which receives product information only — such as name, price, image and availability — and no information about visitors or buyers. The site uses Google services to follow how it appears in search results, without placing tracking tools on its pages. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

Email and forms

The site's forms are handled by Fluent Forms, and messages sent through them are stored in the site database so they can be answered. Order emails and replies are sent through the email service the site uses. People who use the contact form, and people who buy, are not added to any mailing list. The site also holds a mailing list created for an earlier service that has since ended; anyone on it can ask to be removed.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to work — keeping the contents of your cart, and keeping your account session open. It does not set cookies for analytics, for advertising, or to track where a visit came from. PayPal may load its own scripts and set its own cookies when its payment options are shown or used. You can control cookies from your browser settings, noting that disabling the essential ones may prevent a purchase from completing.

Data retention

Information is kept for as long as its purpose requires: order and invoice data to run the shop and provide support, and contact form messages for as long as answering and following them up requires. You can ask for your information to be deleted using the email address below; some of it may need to be kept where that is reasonably necessary for transactions, accounting, security or applicable legal obligations.
