Refund Policy

The seller

The store's products are sold by Abdullah Benayan Economic Consulting Company. Refund requests are subject to this policy and are reviewed by us. The company's licence details are given in the Terms of Use.

The nature of digital products

What the shop sells is digital material, with a download link arriving as soon as the purchase completes. Because delivery happens immediately on payment, refund requests are reviewed case by case, against the situations set out below.

Access or download problems

If the download link does not arrive, the link does not work, or the file cannot be opened, contact us and we will work to resolve the problem. Where the product cannot be delivered to you, the amount is refunded.

Download limits and link validity

The download link normally allows 5 downloads and normally remains valid for 60 days from purchase. A link expiring or the downloads being used up does not in itself create a right to a refund. If that happens, contact us, and we may reissue access after verifying the purchase where appropriate.

A wrong file, or one that does not match its description

If the file you received differs from what the product page describes, tell us. We correct it either by sending the right file or by refunding the amount.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, the extra amount is refunded once the transaction record is checked.

Consultation sessions

Consultation sessions are not booked or paid for through the site at present; they are arranged by contacting us. The time, scope and fee are agreed before we begin, and the terms agreed at that point apply. The digital-product policy described above does not apply to sessions.

How to request a review

If you run into a problem with an order, contact us at the email below with the order number, the email address used for the purchase and a brief description of the problem. We will review the request and reply with a clear outcome.

Refunds through the payment method

Any refund due is returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing at the payment provider may take additional time, outside this site's control.
