Refund Policy

The seller

The products in the shop are sold by شركة عبدالله بنيان للاستشارات الاقتصادية (Abdullah Benayan Economic Consulting Company), and I review refund requests on its behalf. The company's licence details are set out in the Terms of Use.

The nature of digital products

What the shop sells is digital material, with a download link arriving as soon as the purchase completes. Because delivery happens immediately on payment, refund requests are reviewed case by case, against the situations set out below.

Access or download problems

If the download link does not reach you, does not work, or the file will not open, write to me and I will sort it out. Where the product cannot be delivered to you, the payment is refunded.

Download limits and link validity

A download link normally allows up to 5 downloads and stays valid for 60 days from purchase. A link that has expired or run out of downloads does not in itself mean a refund is due. If this happens, write to me: access may be reissued once the purchase has been verified, where appropriate.

A wrong file, or one that does not match its description

If the file you received is different from what the product page describes, let me know. It is put right either by sending the correct file or by refunding the payment.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, the extra amount is refunded once the transaction record is checked.

How to request a review

If something goes wrong with an order, write to me at the address below with your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a short description of the problem. I will look into it and give you a clear answer.

Refunds through the payment method

Any refund due is returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing at the payment provider may take additional time, outside this site's control.
